🌹REVOLUTIONARY LETTERS 🌹

In celebration of the late poet Diane di Prima’s 91st birthday and expansive life, we’re hosting a reading of Revolutionary Letters— her prolific 1968 poetry collection, theory of revolution, handbook for survival, manual for insurrection, care manifesto, living document, and impetus to practice.

📝 The reading will be followed by an interactive workshop where participants will be able to write their own revolutionary letters & talk together about how they are called to act in the current moment!

⛓️‍💥This event is free and open to the public, with a suggested sliding scale donation to support @bkjailsupport, a mutual aid project providing hot food, water, and supplies to people recently released from jail every Friday from 2pm-2am in Downtown Brooklyn.
