Pick a project, do it every day in January and show your work in a group show the following month. It’s about starting the year off on a positive, creative note. It’s about growing something beautiful in the dead of winter. Stay loose, stay cool. It’s not about the numbers, it’s about the action. It’s about trying to make fun a part of your daily schedule. Practice and process is way more important than perfection. Few people actually make/do 31 things. And some folks just work everyday on one thing! Indulge yourself by diving (or easing) into projects or activities you’ve been daydreaming of. Or do something that will make you laugh every day!

This year for Fun-a-Day we are hosting FADDC Hangouts at Rhizome in the upstairs gallery: from 630-9pm on: Tues 1/14; Weds 1/22; Thurs 1/30. We know the creative process can get lonely sometimes!
