'Tis the season. Let's play with zombie looks and Halloween Horror & Gore!

This workshop will focus on the basics of creating a look fit for the undead using mixed medias to create the zombie, monster, or gore look of your dreams. We will be covering tips and tricks for how to create your own fake blood, how to apply spooky makeup to your face, color theory and composition, as well as how to make your own basic prosthetics with common household supplies.

There will be time to ask any questions related to your halloween costume and look as well! If you have a specific topic you'd like covered, please contact SparklePunk ASAP so I can work it into the lesson plan.

How does this workshop work?

This is an in-person workshop happening at Footlight Presents, at The Windjammer in Ridgewood, Queens. This ticket is for the in person workshop only. If you would like to attend the virtual livestream workshop, please email sparklepunkstudio@gmail.com.

The workshop will begin promptly at 4 pm Eastern.
All are welcome! No experience necessary! This workshop is open to anyone at any skill level. This workshop is aimed to help encourage play, creative healing, and explorations in self expression. Judgement free zone, a safe place for wacky makeup exploration! All ages are welcome, please note that the content of this workshop contains graphic and violent imagery that may not be suitable for all kids.

Tickets are at sliding scale, no one turned away for lack of funds. Suggested donation for this workshop is $20. Basic supplies included with your donation.
