Join us at our community partner My Voice Music's Youth Music Showcase Fundraiser for hands-on synth fun while talented young artists from the area (including at least one library member) will show off their musical craft. Synth Library Portland will be tabling for informal open library hours before, during, and after the showcase performances. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to come, including kids and complete beginners.

It's a great opportunity to play with modular synthesizers and other electronic music equipment, learn a few things, meet our facilitators, get more involved with the Synth Library, or simply hang out!

There will be live music performances from 1:30 to 4:30 but folks can continue playing synths individually on headphones as this is ongoing.

This event will act as a fundraiser for both My Voice Music and Synth Library Portland, two nonprofits spreading access to music gear and education especially to historically marginalized communities.
