Montreal producer and musician Kee Avil crafts deconstructed songs that fuse guitar, voice, and electronic production with avant-pop, glitch, and experimental folk sensibilities. Her albums Crease (Constellation, 2022) and Spine (Constellation, 2024) were both named Bandcamp Album of the Day and garnered widespread critical acclaim, including Juno nominations for Best Album Artwork. She has toured extensively, including Les Nuits Botanique, A Colossal Weekend, Pop Montreal, Sled Island, Ruhrtriennale, Le Guess Who?, and supporting artists such as Xiu Xiu, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, SUUNS and Big | Brave. In 2023, she released Crease Remixed EP with reworks by claire rousay, Ami Dang, Pelada, and Cecile Believe. Her new concept album ‘Vapor’ will be released throughout 2025-2026.
