Psychedelic Sangha welcomes Lama Rod Owens to our Speaker Series, co-hosted by Doc Kelley and Tomas Sander.
What does it mean to be a Bodhisattva (or a "New Saint"), right now, in a world on the edge of catastrophe?
A world where immigrant rights, trans justice, reproductive freedom, and more are at serious risk.
Few would contend the premise that we are living in a world on the edge of catastrophe. While samsara has never promised anything less, the current socio-political climate demands that any practicing Buddhist take seriously their relationship to social activism.
Join us for a special dharma talk and moderated community discussion on what it means to be a bodhisattva (or what Lama Rod refers to as a "New Saint), right now—in a world on the edge of catastrophe?
