There's A Lot to Unpack Here x Statorec 4/27

There's A Lot to Unpack Here is an evening of poetry and storytelling housed at Art Café + Bar in Prospect Heights.

There’s A Lot to Unpack Here is a poetry and storytelling series that breaks the cardinal rule of art – actually explaining what is going on in a piece. It is an evening that invites poets, patrons of the art, and those who have said “I don’t understand what any of this means” alike to a space that facilitates sharing original work and the education of poetics through interviewing its readers before a live audience.

In collaboration with STAT®REC, this month's TALTUH will feature readers with published works through the publication.

STAT®REC provides permanent perennial publication for the most relevant statements in non-fiction, fiction, poetry, and criticism. With its 2017 re-emergence on the internet, STAT®REC offers a statement of record to the new century and an uncompromising political and cultural agenda: TOTAL WORLD DOMINATION FOR ARTISTS.

Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.
