SERVICE at Rethink Food represents a bold new vision for the culinary world—a mission-driven collaboration designed to inspire real change, break down the barriers of what is considered "fine dining," and leverage the influence of the culinary community to combat food insecurity.

On August 14th, join us for an evening with the trailblazing Chef Rōze Traore. Each ticket is all-inclusive, featuring five courses and beverage pairing. We look forward to serving you.

About The Chef:
Rōze Traore is a renaissance artist, expertly uniting cuisine, fashion, and art. A Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef with formative roles at Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad, he’s reimagining hospitality through high-profile collaborations with Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, and the Guggenheim. Born in Washington, D.C. to Ivorian parents and raised between the U.S. and Côte d’Ivoire, his cross-cultural fluency and polished aesthetic earned him a spot in Esquire’s best-dressed chefs. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, TIME, and Whitewall. In January 2023, he launched La Fourchette de Rōze, a boutique hotel and restaurant in Grand‑Bassam, Côte d’Ivoire, blending exquisite Ivorian cuisine, immersive art residencies, and hospitality rooted in cultural excellence .
