With a glipmse into the past we present a hard-hitting vintage LA noise event to underscore both the first Moth Drakula show in over 15 years, as well as their tour with Gerritt Wittmer's new solo project In Spite of Dreams. Stacked from top to bottom with a classic lineup from those glory days of 2006, featuring only affiliated projects active during that heyday -- Vortal Curb, Circuit Wound, Black Sand Desert, Kitten Sparkles (Don Bolles + Joseph Hammer) and the master of pre/post/interlude ceremonies, DJ Nanny Cantaloupe (Mitchell Brown). Think Il Corral, The Smell, busted gear, mixed bill house shows, South Bay drives, 5 minute sets, overturned tables, noise as punk; everyone gets a chance to swing from the rope.
