?POPC?
Power of People Combined (POPC) is an arts nonprofit that aims to amplify the voices of underrepresented people and causes through arts and performance. We want to do good and have fun while doing so. POPC was founded Claire Jamison in 2017, out of a desire to bring people together to resist the current political climate, and to celebrate communities in need through giving back.

On March 6th, 2017, we held our first benefit concert at (le) Poisson Rouge, headlined by LionBabe, in response the Muslim Travel Ban. The proceeds went directly to the International Rescue Committee’s “Emergency Fund” for newly arrived refugees in New York and New Jersey. On January 11, 2018, POPC produced a benefit concert for Climate Refugees, a research organization that aims to establish internal legislation for those displaced by climate change, at Elsewhere Space, BK headlined by Habibi. On July 18th, POPC will be throwing its first self-benefit event so we can keep our momentum going.
